Not So “Pretty” Self Defense

Ladies, and some guys I guess too, you know the routine. You wake up in the morning and roll out of bed to get ready for work, school or just a day of running around and getting some errands taken care of. After you shower, hopefully, you put on some make-up and get yourself ready for the day. You open up your lipstick and start to apply it and it immediately makes your eyes burn. What? Self Defense is a must these days. How many times have you watched the news and heard stories of elderly women being attacked, or women’s purse’s being snatched? Too many.
