Sanofi wins EU approval to sell anti-obesity drug Acomplia (AFP)
AFP - French pharmaceutical group Sanofi-Aventis said it had won approval from the European Commission to begin selling its anti-obesity drug Acomplia, which is expected to become the next blockbuster product for the group.
